How Long Does Shipping Take?

Every order is processed by our team in 1-3 business days for shipment, and sent to you using First Class Shipping via United States Postal Service. Estimated time for delivery of all orders is 5-7 business days, and priority shipping is between 3-5 business days. We do not ship packages on weekends, unless otherwise noted. Is Your Jewelry Real?

Yes, all of our pieces are the exact materials as stated in the product descriptions. We use .925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, Solid Gold, and Triple Gold Bonded with .925 Sterling Silver or a Stainless Steel base. Most of our pendants are made in Los Angeles, and most of our chains are made in Italy. 

What Is Your Return Policy?

Our full return policy can be found in the returns section in the footer of our homepage.  As a general rule of thumb, all pieces need to be received by us within 30 days of delivery by first emailing us at sales@labaycollection.com for a return slip and initiating the process of your return. Our main priority is making sure all our clients are 100% satisfied, 100% of the time. 

How Do I Take Care Of My Jewelry?

We recommend wearing your jewelry as much as possible and storing in a cool, dry place when not in use.  Our Stainless Steel pieces can be worn in any environment without any affect to the finish.  Our .925 Sterling Silver pieces, like all .925 Sterling Silver, should be kept away from excessive sweating and chemicals in lotions and perfumes/colognes. If you would like to clean your jewelry, we recommend using a soft microfiber cloth to shine, and for deep cleaning a jewelry or silver cleaner should be used.

We have been in business in the luxury jewelry space since 2016. We employ craftsmen and jewelers who have been in the industry for decades to manufacture the highest quality goods.
